There are multiple pathways towards a 健康care career. During your time at Beloit, you can engage in the liberal arts undergraduate experience (clubs! 真人国际菠菜!) while making meaningful connections with faculty, participating in research programs and internships, gaining global 健康 perspective by studying abroad, and ultimately discovering a 健康care career that best suits you!

An undergraduate degree at 十大菠菜台子 will prepare you for a variety of post-grad programs in 健康care. Our Health Professions Advisory Committee (HPAC, comprised of 十大菠菜台子 professors) will help each student develop their own narrative of academic, 情感, 工作, 个人, 人际关系, and professional skills development to successfully prepare for a career in 健康care.

Pre-健康 students at Beloit…

The Health Professions Advising Committee plays three major roles on campus:

1. We make sure that students know what classes they should be taking to prepare for admission to 健康 profession training programs and how and when to prepare for admission exams.
2. We evaluate students applying to medical training programs to provide a committee (or institutional) opinion of the applicant through the writing and submission of a 委员会的信 to prospective training programs (this is important when you are applying in your 3rd or 4th years). 看到 Allopathic Medicine (MD) and click on “Applying to an MD training program” for 更多的 details and deadlines.
3. We 工作 closely with the Health and 疗愈 Channel to coordinate with local 健康care providers, 校友, and the Beloit pre-健康 student club to help students understand and obtain the non-classroom experiences expected of competitive applicants.
